Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Reeve app for Jira and related services, provided by Futurist IP(“we”, “us”). By installing or using Reeve, you agree to them.

License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Reeve within your Atlassian environment, subject to these terms and to Atlassian’s Marketplace Terms of Use, under which the App is distributed and billed.

Acceptable use

Use Reeve lawfully and as intended. Don’t reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the App, or use it to violate anyone’s rights.

Billing

Reeve is a paid app with a free trial, billed through the Atlassian Marketplace under Atlassian’s terms. Current pricing is shown on the Marketplace listing.

Your data

You retain all rights to your data. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.

Warranty & liability

Reeve is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Futurist IP is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the App in the prior 12 months. Reeve assists with invoicing; you are responsible for reviewing invoices and figures before sending them to clients or filing taxes.

Termination

You may stop using Reeve at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will appear here with a new date.
