Data Processing Addendum

This Addendum forms part of the agreement between you (“Customer,” the data controller) and Futurist IP (“Processor”) for the Reeve app, and applies where we process personal data on your behalf.
Roles & scope
You are the controller; we are the processor. We process personal data only to provide the App — turning Jira worklog data into invoices and, on your instruction, pushing them to your accounting system.
Nature of the data
Limited to what the App needs: Jira user display names, worklog and issue metadata, and the client and billing details you enter. Reeve is not designed for, and should not be used to store, special-category personal data.
Our obligations
- Process personal data only on your documented instructions.
- Keep it confidential and secure, relying on the Atlassian Forge platform’s controls — data remains within Atlassian’s infrastructure.
- Assist you with data-subject requests and required notifications.
- Notify you without undue delay upon becoming aware of a personal-data breach.
- Delete personal data on termination — uninstalling the App removes its data.
Subprocessors
We use Atlassian (hosting / storage) and, only when you connect them, Xero and Intuit (QuickBooks). We’ll inform you of material changes to this list.
Data location & transfers
App data is stored within Atlassian’s cloud infrastructure. Where transfers of personal data are subject to applicable data-protection law, the parties will rely on a lawful transfer mechanism such as the Standard Contractual Clauses.
